Newborn education and care, sleep training, managing multiples, postpartum, toilet learning, feeding schedules and transitions, and behavior consulting are just a few of the topics we can dive into!
Initial Consultation
$60
During your initial consultation, I'll gather important information, including your child's age (or if you're expecting), current schedule, family dynamics and environment, where you need support, and what your goals are. Sessions last 45 minutes.
Sleep Training Package
$550
This package covers a full 24-hour day and outlines a step-by-step schedule tailored to your child's needs. It includes tips and tricks specific to your child and educates you on safe sleep practices that benefit your child both developmentally and emotionally. Designed to be implemented consistently over the course of a week, this package also includes two 30-minute check-in calls with me. Inquire about purchasing your personalized sleep training package during your initial consultation!
Coaching Calls
$80
During a coaching call, you may inquire about topics such as newborn care, swaddling tips, sleep training, introducing solids, managing multiples, addressing unwanted or unhealthy toddler behaviors, toilet learning, postpartum support, specific health or developmental concerns, and general childcare questions. Sessions last 60 minutes.
Ms. Emily in Town
Premium Service
This in-person premium service, traditionally carried out over 24 or 48 hours, offers the luxury of having me in your home, working directly with your child or children. I will demonstrate the ins and outs of every hour, along with hands-on techniques and practices that are beneficial to your child and align with your goals. As the client, you will be responsible for covering all travel-related costs plus a flat-rate working fee. Inquire about 'Ms. Emily in Town' during your initial consultation or on a coaching call!
Supply Support Session
$100
What's safest? What's developmentally appropriate? What do you actually need on your baby registry or in your nursery? During a supply support session, I'll answer all of these questions and more. We'll dive into the best products available (and why!) compared to what's simply clickbait on social media. Bring your pen and paper! Sessions last 60 minutes.
