Meet Your Milestones was born from a simple truth I’ve witnessed time and again over the past 15 years: families thrive when they feel supported, informed, and empowered. My expertise lies in postpartum care and early childhood development, especially from birth through toddlerhood.     Parenting with Purpose - Coaching ($90 per session)

    Parenting isn’t just about getting through the day—it’s about building a foundation for your child’s future. She offers daytime care, overnight support, and both short‑term and long‑term contracts, ensuring you receive the level of continuity and guidance that best fits your family’s needs. Whether you’re navigating feeding, newborn sleep foundations, postpartum recovery, or simply adjusting to life with a new baby, her approach blends expertise, intuition, and a nurturing presence that brings confidence and ease into your home. She proudly serves families throughout Central and South Florida and is also available to travel for those seeking consistent, high‑quality care wherever they are. Her in‑person services include full scope newborn care, parental education & support, feeding support, sleep conditioning foundations, emotional and practical postpartum guidance, household flow setup, sibling integration, light housekeeping and cooking, and travel support. Customized care plans are available to meet the unique needs of each family.

    Looking for extra support and prefer hands-on help at home? Ms. Emily offers expert, in-home care tailored to your family’s unique needs. Whether you’re seeking in-person sleep training, toilet learning guidance, sibling transition expertise, or on-call traditional care, we've got you covered.

    As the client, you'll enjoy the convenience and luxury of personalized care. This premium service includes a flat-rate working fee, with all travel-related expenses covered by the family. It’s designed to deliver practical, compassionate support—right where you need it most.
